The Ad Hoc chain has opened a new establishment in Beniarbeig, only 10 minutes away from Denia and its beaches. Ad Hoc Vitae Retreats & Health, as its name suggests, is focused on creating a relaxing space in the heart of nature where the guest’s wellbeing takes centre stage, seeking that mental and physical disconnection that is so necessary in our day and age. Among the services guests can enjoy here are saunas, hydrotherapy pools, gardens for outdoor activities like yoga, meeting rooms and meditation rooms. Before booking, you can check and reserve the programmes performed by qualified professionals the establishment is preparing. They include a complete Quantum check-up, fasting, meditation and yoga, Vegan cuisine, etc.

We will also serve vegetarian and vegan cuisine at our Lulea Restaurant, run by the renowned chef Olga Vázquez (Oslo Restaurant, Catering Veggie Soul, etc.).

Imparted by Dr María Ángel Costa, a specialist in Medical Hydrology from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and Don Health Coach. Juan Zaragoza. The programme analyses one’s overall state, from physical appearance to mental and/or emotional health.

Therapeutic fasting programme

Supervised by Dr María Ángel Costa, a specialist in Medical Hydrology from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and Don Health Coach. Juan Zaragoza. We will perform weekend (Friday to Sunday) and week-long introductory courses to fasting. Both will include complementary activities such as talks on the benefits of fasting and its effects on the organism, nutrition, trekking through the surroundings of the Segaría mountain range, meditation sessions, sauna, etc.

Stress-Free Relaxation Programme

Stress-free retreat to rebalance body, mind and feelings through contemplation and silence, with guided meditation, mindfulness and yoga sessions.

Vegetarian & Vegan Cooking Workshop
