The personal data that we will process in any job application will be those conventionally established for such cases, such as identifying and contact information, academic and professional background, any information that the candidate voluntarily wishes to share with our entities, as well as other data that we collect during interviews related to the selection and hiring process.
4. Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The processing of personal data provided by job applicants will be solely for evaluating their application, contacting them for possible interviews and regarding the selection process, keeping them informed of various vacancies in our organization if authorized, and possible employment in case of occurrence. Communications will be made through the contact methods provided in the job application (e.g. phone or email).
Your data may also be used to request references regarding your professional career in the companies where you have informed us you have worked.
If applicable or if you believe you should inform us about your degree of disability, intolerances, allergies, or any other health-related data related to the job position applied for, we inform you that this data will be processed to comply with Article 15 of Law 31/1995 on Prevention of Occupational Risks, where we must know this data to adapt the workplace to the needs of the employee, as well as with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of November 29, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion. Any other unnecessary data for the purpose of this application will be confidentially disposed of.
5. Legitimacy
The processing of your personal data by our entities will be carried out with your express, free, informed, and unequivocal consent, as we inform you of this policy which, after reading and agreeing to, you can voluntarily authorize us to process your data by ticking the boxes provided in our forms.

If the user is under 16 years of age, we will not process their personal data, as this is the minimum working age in Spain. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to us.

In certain applications, it is possible that our entities have companies within our group or specialized providers in selection processes, in which case they will be considered data processors with whom we will sign the corresponding confidentiality agreement and commitment to adopt all necessary security measures to protect your data.
8. Data Retention
The personal data provided as a job applicant will be retained until a job position is filled or for a maximum period of one (1) year, unless you have expressly authorized us to include you in our job pool, in which case they will be stored for the time necessary to consider your application for possible vacancies and to contact you for this purpose.
9. Candidate Rights
We will keep your data as a job applicant as outlined until you exercise your right to deletion; therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, object to or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time, request the portability of this data, or revoke your consent.
