- Guarantee: In case you cancel with less than 24h notice before the arrival day or do not show up, you will be charged the amount of one night (VAT included) on the credit card provided as compensation.
- The credit card is only a guarantee. The cancellation of reservations by the user will not result in early cancellation fees, as long as it is made before the established time limit in the previous section.
- Provide the necessary service for your reservation to be effective at the selected establishment.
- Send you, if applicable, an email with an evaluation questionnaire to assess your stay at the selected establishment.

Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These Terms and/or General Contracting Conditions are governed by Spanish Law, CENTRODIRECTIVO SL and the users, for the resolution of any dispute that may arise, with respect to its validity, execution, compliance, or resolution, total or partial, submit, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other that may correspond to them, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia capital and possibly to the Arbitral Tribunals to which CENTRODIRECTIVO SL is adhered to at the time of the dispute. This contract constitutes the complete and integral expression of the agreement between CENTRODIRECTIVO SL and the user, and replaces all previous agreements, commitments, statements or agreements, both written and oral, that existed previously between them.

Reservation Conditions
The purpose of these General Contracting Conditions is to regulate the conditions of the online booking service of CENTRODIRECTIVO SL with registered office in Samaniego, 20, 46003 Valencia and with telephone +34 961 698 393, fax +34 961 698 191 and VAT number B46475000, registered in the Commercial Register of Valencia. Volume 2862, Book 178, Folio 225, Section 8, Sheet V-2659 VAT number B46475000.
Online booking service
The online booking service aims to reserve a room at CENTRODIRECTIVO SL. The use of this service implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions contained in the latest updated version.
- Contracting process: Once you have provided us with the information requested for the formalization of the reservation and have accepted its conditions, your request will be automatically processed, containing your reservation locator number, which will serve as proof of the reservation and confirmation of your acceptance.
- You can formalize your reservation in any of the languages available and indicated on the homepage of this website.
- Price: The total amount includes VAT.
- Modification or cancellation: You can modify or cancel your reservation by sending an email to adhocparque@adhochoteles.com or by telephone calling +34 96 169 83 93 indicating, among other data, your reservation number. From 25 to 27/06/2010, from 28/09 to 02/10/2010, from 5 to 7/11/2010, from 14 to 19/11/2010, and from 13 to 17/12/2010: cancellations will not incur expenses if made up to 10 days before the arrival date, after this date 100% of the first night will be charged to the credit card provided.
- Guarantee: In the event that you cancel with less than 24h notice before the arrival day or do not “show up” – no show – the amount of one night (VAT included) will be charged to the credit card provided as compensation.
- The credit card is only a guarantee. The cancellation of reservations by the user will not incur early cancellation costs, as long as it is made before the deadline set in the previous section.
Through this notice, CENTRODIRECTIVO SL informs customers and users of its website and booking system about its Personal Data Protection Policy, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13.
The services of CENTRODIRECTIVO SL are not intended for minors, and CENTRODIRECTIVO SL does not request or collect information regarding minors.
By completing one of our forms and accepting our personal data policy, you accept and authorize CENTRODIRECTIVO SL to use, process, and transfer to Hotel Ad Hoc Parque S.L., a hotel belonging to the same group, the data provided in accordance with the purpose established in the form, and which may be:
- Provide the necessary service for your reservation to be successful at the selected establishment.
- Send you, if applicable, an email with an evaluation questionnaire to assess your stay at the selected establishment.
- Allow the sending of our newsletter, using your email.
- Enable the response to your inquiries, as well as send you information about our hotels.
CENTRODIRECTIVO SL guarantees that these files are fully responsible for them and that they are duly declared and registered in the General Register of the Data Protection Agency.
