2. Social Media Presence
In compliance with articles 13 to 24.2 of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the Data Controller informs users that it has proceeded to create a profile on the following Social Networks (SN):
o Facebook
o Instagram
with the primary purpose of advertising our services and connecting with other users.
If you, as a User, have a profile on the same Social Network as ADHOC Hotels, you can freely join the page created by us, thus showing interest in the information we publish.
By joining, you provide visibility of certain personal data offered publicly by you on your profile.
Only in case you join our page on the stated Social Networks, your profile data will be processed by ADHOC Hotels only within the Social Network itself and in no case will we process it outside of it without your prior consent.
You, as a user, can access privacy policies of the Social Network at any time, as well as configure your profile to ensure the privacy of those data you do not want to make public. You can also stop following us whenever you wish.
3. Publications
Once you have joined our page and if you see fit, you will be able to post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network, reminding you that, in all cases, you must be the owner of these, enjoy copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the page, whether they are texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. related to minors, those that violate or are likely to violate honor, morals, ethics, good taste, decorum and/or infringe, violate or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or any other contrary to the Law is strictly prohibited. In these cases, ADHOC Hotels reserves the right to immediately withdraw the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the user.
ADHOC Hotels will not be responsible for the content that a user has freely published. The user must bear in mind that their publications will be known by other users, therefore, they will be the only ones responsible for their publications and their privacy.
4. Advertising
ADHOC Hotels may use the Social Network for advertising, in any case, complying with the requirements of the current regulations applicable to Data Protection and the LSSI-CE.
Recommending our pages to other users so that they too can enjoy promotions or be informed of events or activities of ADHOC Hotels will not be considered advertising.
5. Contests and promotions
ADHOC Hotels reserves the right to conduct contests and promotions, in which users who wish and are connected to our page can participate. The rules for each of them, when using the Social Network platform for this purpose, will be published there, always in compliance with the law or norm that applies to it.
The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with any of them.
6. Personal Information
ADHOC Hotels, as the Data Controller, will carry out the following actions:
o Access to the public information of the user profile.
o Respond to user requests.
o Sending individual messages to the user through the Social Network channels.
o Posting information related to ADHOC Hotels on the user’s profile.
o Page status updates that will be published on the user’s profile
The user can stop following ADHOC Hotels on social networks at any time, control their connections, remove content that no longer interests them, and restrict who they share their connections with, by accessing their privacy settings.

7. Your Rights
You have the right to know if ADHOC Hotels is processing your personal data; therefore, you have the right to access your data, rectify it if it is incorrect or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary, as long as it is legally possible.
You can also exercise your right to object, to limit, or for data portability if you deem it appropriate, you can even revoke your consent and to exercise your rights, you must do so in writing to adhoc@adhochoteles.com. If acting on behalf of another person, you must provide proof of such representation. If there are reasonable doubts about the identity of the person making the request, we may request that you provide additional necessary information to confirm your identity.
